Freakishly Flexible 5k...

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone!

Today Mr. C and I ran our first virtual race
it was for Nancy and since this is so flexible we also ran for Marlene.

So Nancy and Marlene we dedicate about 5 miles to you.
Why, you ask?

I'll tell you.
We ran 8 miles with some grueling long hills.
The first few miles I was having trouble getting into rhythm,
I was having trouble breathing, and I was cold (45 degrees).

About 3 miles in everything started clicking.
My breathing was smooth, I was in pace and my legs were on auto pilot.
It was wonderful!
So that part, the good part was for you, guys.
I could finally start looking around and enjoy the view.

Nancy I hope things start getting better for you soon and the March 6th surgery goes well!

Marlene I hope your shoulder continues to improve and the clot gets taken care of soon!

Thanks for joining the FFFK. I know that it means a lot to Nancy.

Sounds like the last five miles were great! I live for those days!
