Our schedule is to do short runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a long run on Saturdays.
When I get home , I tell Mr. C that he'll have to run without me cause it's just been one of those days. I'm going to ride my stationary bike instead.
Of course Mr. C says "..you gotta run with me, I hate running without you, it's no fun.."
What could I do but lace up those shoes.
And you know, I feel better after the run.
Even though the run was supposed to be 3 miles.
I guess I'll go ride my stationary bike to get the rest of the workout in.
Sometimes you just need a little push.

you'll never regret going for a run, but will regret not going... Great job getting out there!
i run tues/thur/sat as well. with a group. it really helps get me out there!
